FAQ
- Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. There is no room service for breakfast.
- Half board is provided only and exclusively for dinner and offers the opportunity to taste typical dishes of Salento cuisine, fresh and genuine products, according to tradition.
- Four-legged guests up to “medium” size are welcome. Surcharge for final cleaning for presence of animals € 50.00.
- Any offers and/or promotions are not applicable on bookings from agencies and/or intermediaries.
- Indoor parking at our facility is free and free of charge.
- All guests who wish to attend our riding school, with lesson or horseback riding, will pay any costs due directly to the instructors of our riding school.
- Child stay 0-3 years: free if sleeping in bed with parents
- Half-board fee children 3-12 years old: € 17 per day in addition to the relevant B&B fee
- Surcharge for change of sheets: sheets are changed every 3 days; for more frequent changes, there is an additional charge of €5.00 per change.
- Towel change supplement: towels are changed every other day; there is a 5.00 euro supplement for each additional set you request.
- Consumptions from the mini bar: all consumptions made from the mini bar will be charged to the bill.
- B&B formula includes overnight stay and breakfast.
- The Half Board formula includes overnight stay, breakfast and dinner.
- Dinner is served at our restaurant, excluding drinks.
- Once the formula is chosen, it applies to all members of the household (it is not possible for some members to do B&B and others half board) and must be maintained throughout the stay (it is not possible to do one day on B&B, two on half board..)
- Half -board days not taken will not be deducted from the bill nor will they be recoverable.
- It is possible to order form the a la carte menu at extra charge.
- Upon request, it is possible to prepare dishes for children, possibly even with their own products (pastina, baby food, etc.)
- Housekeeping in the hotel takes place daily form 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Guests are asked to use the “do not disturb”/ “make up room” tags, left in room, to facilitate the work.
- Bed linen is changed every 3 days.
- Towels are changed every other day.
- The stay can be paid on departure by cash or credit card (VISA; MAESTRO; MASTER CARD).
- Any damages will be charged.
- If the customer cancels the reservation, the deposit will not be returned but can be used for any stays within one calendar year from the date of the reservation.
- Check-in takes place at the reception desk from 14:00 to 20:00 (Any times outside the indicated time slot must be agreed with the staff according to the room cleaning schedule).
- Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
